Application to delete condition 16 (planning permission shall be required in respect of development falling within Classes A, B, C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to that order) in its entirety or at least vary it to remove the reference to Class B and C of Part 1 Schedule 2 of planning permission Ref: DM2020/00544 for the 'Demolition of the detached garage and erection of a detached 4-bedroom dwelling, alteration to existing access and provision of two car parking spaces and provision of new vehicular access and two car parking spaces for existing property' as it is considered that this condition is unreasonable.
