Application to vary condition 6 and to delete condition 3 of planning permission ref DM2018/01767 for the 'Change of use of commercial units 1 to 6 from Class A1(retail) to Class A1 (retail), A2 (professional services), A3 (food and drink), B1a (office), D1 (non-residential institutions) and D2 (assembly and leisure)' to allow the wording of the condition to be simplified as a result of the introduction of Use Class E and use and to remove reference to Use Class A3.
