Sycamore (T1) - reduce lateral limbs by 3m back in line with the fence leaving a branch lengths of 1m, sever the Ivy at the base and remove any deadwood or crossing branches that could fall into the property; Sycamore (T2) - reduce lateral limbs back towards boundary line by 3m, leaving a branch length of 3m, sever the Ivy and remove any dead or crossing branches that could fall into property.

Sycamore (T17) - Prune back side of crown overhanging boundary with No.1 Batley Close back to boundary to clear. Prune back limb encroaching on street lamp to clear.

Beech (T1) - To shorten lateral branches by 4-5m back to a point in line with Eastern boundary fence; Beech (T2) - To shorten lateral branches by 2m back to a point in line with Eastern boundary fence.

Sycamore Tree - crown reduction of overhang over boundary line (which is approximately 3.65 metres).

Sycamore (front) (T1)- Reduce and shape crown by approx. 2m leaving 4m (previous points) reduce lateral branches growing over No.22 to boundary line & remove major deadwood; Sycamore (rear) (T2) - Reduce and shape crown by 2.5m leaving 3.5m and remove major deadwood; Oak (rear) (T3)- Reduce lateral branches growing towards No.26 by approx. 2m leaving 4-5m remove major deadwood and raise crown to 4m General maintenance/excessive shade

Sycamore (T1) - fell; Ash (T2) - fell; 2 x Sycamore (T3, T4) - cut back to the boundary line; Elder (T5) - fell.

Walnut (T1) - crown thin up to 20% and cut back branches to the boundary line; Locust (T2) - crown thin up to 20% and cut back branches to the boundary line.

All Trees and Shrubs overhanging (G1)- Reduce back all the overhang by 1.5 to 2 metres; All Conifers and Trees (G2) - Reduce back to 100mm from the boundary fence line; Conifer hedge (T3) - cut back in to shape both top and side by 1.5 to 2 metres.
