Poplar (T11) - Fell; 2x London Plan (T50 & T51) - prune east facing lateral branches of both trees, creating a 2m clearance from roof and side elevations; Sycamore (T88) - Crown reduce canopy by 3m.

Norway Maple (T1) - cut back overhang to previous reduction points approx 2-2.5 meters; Beech Tree (T2) - crown lift to 6m, cut back growth over garage roof by 2 meters; Acacia (T3) - Reduce height by 3-4m.

Ash (T1) - Lateral reduction over car park and house by 2m; Ash (T2) - cut back to give 2m clearance from roofs and buildings; Horse Chestnut (T3) - cut back to give 2m clearance from roofs and buildings; Ash (T4) - cut back over roof and building to give 2m clearance; Ash (T5) - cut back over roof and building to give 2m clearance.

Oak (T1) -Reduce length of all branches by up to 1.8-2m ensuring natural shape and balance; remove horizontal branches overhang main roof area retaining vertical limbs, dead and diceased wood, remove epi, sever ivy.

Sycamore (T1) - Remove x1 entire limb overhanging house, reduce remaining crown that overhangs house giving 3 metre clearance from client's house; Sycamore (T2)- Remove all branches overhanging client's roof.

Lime (T2) - Fell; Silver Maple (T4) - crown reduction by 4m; Lime (T6)- remove basal growth; Leyland Cypress screen (T12)- Reduce height by 2.5m and cut back side by up to 0.5m. Leyland Cypress (T14)- Reduce by 2.5m and cut back side by up to 0.5m; Sycamore (T20)- Reduce by 1.5 metres and thin by 10%; Silver Birch (T21) - Crown lift off garage roof by 1m; Atlas Cedar (T22) - Remove deadwood, tidy damaged limbs and reduce back where needed by 2.5-3m; Horse Chestnut (T26)- Reduce canopy by 2.5m; Holm Oak (T29)- reduce to previous reduction points by 3m; False Acacia (T35)- Reduce canopy by 4 metres; Box Tree (T40)- fell; Lime (T41)- Crown reduction by 2m; Silver Maple (T43)- crown reduction by 3m. Lime trees (T19, T24, T28, T31-34, T37) and Oak (T39)- remove deadwood.
