Variation of conditions 1 (approved plans), 3 (demolition management plan), 4 (construction management plan), 5 (protected species assessment), 7 (written scheme of investigation), 8 (tree protection report) and 32 (internal floor space) of planning permission ref: DM2022/01134 (as amended by NMA decision ref: DM2023/01376 dated 26/09/2023) which allowed the 'Demolition of all buildings on site and erection of 3 buildings creating 4 industrial units (Use Classes B2-general industrial, and/or B8-Storage or distribution, and/or E(g)iii-Industrial processes), with ancillary offices, provision of vehicle parking, cycle storage, landscaping, alterations to access and associated infrastructure' to allow for the provision of mezzanine floors to Units 3 and 4 along with variations to the wording of planning conditions 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 and 32.

Application for change of use of ground floor, mezzanine level and first floor from office to residential and erection of a second floor roof extension to provide a total of 57 units (42x1 bed, 9x2 bed, 6x3 bed) together with the extension of the existing stairwell and construction of a new stairwell and external alterations including installation of new windows.

Erection of a single storey rear extension, associated shopfront alterations and provision of rear external staircase to provide access to flats above' to allow for changes to customer entrance, design of shopfront, location of the rear fire escapes and wording of conditions 4 and 7.
