Application to vary condition 11 (protection of trees) of planning permission Ref: 73/10372. 'Erection of eleven 2-bed and ten 1-bed flats in a part three, part four-storey block, ten garages, four parking spaces and access road 20-2-4' to allow the removal of two conifers.

Application to vary condition 6 (Trees) of planning permission Ref: A2007/57779 for the "Demolition of existing house and erection of two 5/6-bedroomed two storey detached houses with roof accommodation, house A with single side garage and house B with double garage. Additional car parking facilities provided to front elevation." to allow felling and replacing of 5 tree with different species.

Additional car parking facilities provided to front elevation' to allow the felling/removal of 4 Maple trees and 1 Silver Birch tree to the front of the property.
