Leyland Cypress (T1) - Reduce encroachment towards property to provide 2-2.5m clearance; Dead tree (T2) - Fell; Golden Rain Tree (T3) - Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 2m; Holly (T4) - Fell; Oak (T5) - Crown Lift to provide 4m clearance from ground level, by removing the epicormic growth from the trunk; Lime (T6) - Crown Lift to provide 2m clearance from out-building roof; Apple (T7) - Fell; Bramble and Thorn (T8) - Clear area using brush cutters and strimmers to ensure all vegetation is off the neighbouring fences. Leave arisings to compost down over time.

2x Eucalyptus trees (G1) - pollard back to previous points; Silver Birch (T1) - reduce x2 extended branches by 2m retaining healthy growth; Buddleia (T2) - reduce height 1 ft above fence line; Conifer (T3) - fell as close to ground level as possible.

Cherry (T1) - Crown reduce by 2m, remove 2 x lower branches overhanging garden and any deadwood; Buddleia (T2) - Fell as close to ground level as possible; Cotinus (T3)- Crown reduce to previous pruning points, pruning back to inside fence line all growth overhanging No. 17; Eucalyptus (T4) - Fell as close to ground level as possible; Norway Spruce (T5)- Fell as close to ground level as possible to leave a stump.

Damsons x 3 (T1) - Reduce back to previous reduction points, approximately 1 meter; Mimosa (T2) - Reduce crown by approximately 3 meters, trim sides to balance approximately 3 meters; Conifers x 2 (T3)- Reduce by approximately 1ft to level, lift trees by 2 meters to balance and trim side growth by 1ft; Bay tree (T4 - owned by neighbour) - Cut back overhang by approximately 1 meter to boundary; Magnolia Grandiflora (T5)- Trim by approximately 1ft; Thorn (T6 - owned by neighbour) - Reduce and reshape by approximately 2 meters; Contoneaster (T7)- Reduce to fence line by approximately 1 meter; Neighbouring Birch tree (T8)- Cut back overhang by approximately 2 meters.

Beech Tree (T1)- Reduce in the long ends to balance the tree overall, thin by 20%; Conifer (T2) (tree in neighbour's garden) - reduce back all the overhang (approx. 1 metre) to the boundary fence line; Holly Tree (T3) - Reduce the height by 1 metre and cut all round as tight as possible, keeping a conical shape, using the hedge cutter; Prunus Tree (T4) - Reduce and reshape by half a metre and thin by 20%; 2 x Orange blossom (T5) - Reduce down to 1 metre above the fence, trim and tidy the remaining hedge keeping the shape; Apple Tree (T6) - Reduce and reshape by half a metre, thin by 10%; Yew Tree (T7)- Fell to ground level; Laurel (T8) - Reduce the height by 1 metre and reduce back into shape using the hedge cutter as tight as possible.

Bay - reduce to approx 8ft; Leylandi - cut back to fence line; Apple - cut back to fence line.

Fell 5 sycamore trees in order to renew the boundary fence.
