Non material amendment to approved application DM2021/01261 which allowed the 'Demolition of existing single-storey building and construction of part one-storey and two-storey mixed-use building with accommodation at roof level, to provide a commercial unit and 4 self-contained flats, with associated cycle and bin storage,' to allow for alterations to ground floor layout to provide an additional commercial unit, alterations to the ground, first and second floor fenestrations, alterations to roofline to south, west and east elevations of building to create additional habitable space at first floor and alterations to roofline to all elevations of building to create additional habitable space at second floor.
