Change of use of existing guest house (C1) to residential dwellings (C3) including the erection of a single storey rear extension, extension of existing rear dormer, formation of a side dormer extension and raising of flank flat roof to provide 5 additional self contained residential units and retention of existing self contained unit at second floor level.
