Non material amendment to approved application DM2019/01248 which allowed the 'Demolition of 22 garages and the erection of four two storey semi-detached dwelling houses (4 x 2-bed) with 10 car parking spaces, new hard and soft landscaping works' to replace 2X vertical glazed louvre window screens with 2X horizontal glazed louvre window screens, reduction of the ground floor canopy roofs over the doors, installation of plain panel metal doors and mailboxes to ground floor south elevations, doors with canopy roofs over to the ground floor north elevations, alterations to locations and/or sizes of all door and window openings, alterations to chimney stacks and removal and/or relocation of rainwater goods.
