Non material amendment to approved application DM2020/00754 which allowed the 'Erection of an additional three storeys and change of use from office to residential comprising 149 self contained residential units along with a flexible ground floor commercial use (Use Classes A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, B1, D1 and D2), alterations to elevations, changes to basement parking layout, cycle and bin storage and associated landscaping.' to allow to substitute approved 'Energy and Sustainability Assessment - Ref: BE2052' by Build Energy Ltd (dated 18 May 2020 V1) with 'Energy Assessment/Sustainability Assessment' by Energy Calculations Ltd (dated 26th May 2023) and substitute the approved roof floor plan.

Change of use of the existing building from Class E (office) to C3 (residential) to provide 25 self contained residential units and flexible Class E/F uses at ground floor, alterations to fenestrations, removal of unused plant equipment to roof, associated car/disabled parking spaces, cycle/refuse storage and landscaping.

Application to vary condition 1 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission Ref: DM 2018/02115 for the "Demolition of existing building and erection of a two storey building with accommodation within the roofslope comprising 15 self contained residential units and associated landscaping, car parking, cycle and refuse storage" to allow for the alteration of the buildings footprint, roof height, eaves height, fenestration and layout.
