Change of use of the existing ground floor from a shop/office to 1 no. flat, external alterations to windows and doors, additional rooflight/roof lantern, a two storey rear extension to the main building, demolition of the existing workshop/garage and replacement with single storey building comprising 1 no. flat at the rear, the provision of external amenity areas, cycle storage and bins, new boundary treatments, and associated works.
