Demolition of partitions and construction of new steel framed mezzanine structure, with glazed rooms underneath to upper ground floor of Unit 7; the removal of existing partition in unit 3 and construction of new studwork and partition to form two office units, each with a single entrance; installation of new WCs and kitchenette on lower ground floor of Units 3, 5 and 7. Works to unit 17 to form a single office unit, with access from London Street; structural works and façade repairs, including replacement of glazing to clear glass in units 3, 5 and 17 with secondary opaque glazing on second floor; new mechanical and electrical services and works to repair and re-instate wooden cabins abutting the south wall.
