Following application 22/00114/CPUD for the lawful development of a full width rear dormer, this application is for the walls of the dormer to be constructed in standing seam cladding.

Change of use of third floor to two self-contained one bedroom flats under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class O of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 . Each living room will have a dormer window and two rooflights, one bedroom will have a dormer window and the other two rooflights. The proposed development relates to a previous application for four new flats on the first & second floors (16/00615/P3N).
