Works to Thorn Court include remove flashing and replace where required, remove and replace slates where required.

Installation of CCTV cameras on two independent posts within site boundary and erection of boundary treatments; palisade fencing, palisade gate, and weldmesh fencing around existing property boundary.

Proposed works are to repair a chimney stack on roof already being re-slated under approved application 22/00556/LBC
