Internal Alterations & formation of new external fence with gate

Non-material amendment to planning application reference 22/00961/FUL. Amendment to the surrounding fence to include replacement from palisade to paladin.

The proposed works relate to the existing Gas and Plumbing Building and include: - Internal reconfiguration, including partial demolition of existing internal walls to accommodate Animal Management facilities and gender-neutral toilet facilities - Works to the external envelope, including the overcladding of the existing brickwork walls with a combination of metal and timber cladding, in order to improve the thermal performance and visual appearance of the building - A new entrance canopy, accessible ramped access and automatic sliding glass entrance doors - Replacement of the existing windows with new PPC aluminium framed, double-glazed units and additional clerestorey windows to allow more natural light into the building - Replacement of the existing external doors with new PPC steel doors - Single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the building, to accommodate a bigger plant room - New secure fencing to accommodate external learning/teaching spaces for the animal management department

Non material amendment to planning application 19/00558/REM. Amendment to include brick amendment to plots 116-130 & 181-195 to Imperial Regency Red Multi from Crofters Medley. Boundary Treatment B-E amended to a 1.8m close boarded timber fencing, 900mm timber knee rail fencing added around the attenuation pond.

Proposed telecommunications installation of a 22.5 metre monopole. Proposed 12 no antennas and 36 no Ericsson Radio Systems (ERS) mounted on proposed new headframe. Proposed 5 no equipment cabinets. Proposed 2m high palisade fencing to two sides, complete with 1-metre-wide opening gate. Proposed 4 no 300mm dishes mounted on dish mounting brackets and attached directly to the pole and ancillary development required thereto

Non-material amendment to planning application 20/00178/FUL. Amendments to the 2m high double brick security wall replaced by a pre cast concrete panel security fence with a 2 metre high mesh Paladin Fence. Replace the new double steel floodgates with a pallasade gate and 300mm high sleeping policeman bund.

Extension of existing fence to enclose our side garden fully, this would be a 6' fence (below 2m). This would mean the work that needs to be undertaken is the removal and erection a fence

Erection of a rear boundary fence no higher than 2m between this property and the neighbouring one.

Non-material amendment to 16/00480/FUL - additional drawings to the approved drawing set to clearly reflect the new site levels and new boundary fence between plot 1 and adjoining site.
