Demolition of existing sunroom and construction of single storey front and rear extensions, two storey side extension (south west facing), conversion of garage to habitable room with addition of first floor extension above. New canopy roof to front elevation and alterations to roof to rear elevation. External alterations including render to all elevations and addition/alteration to windows to front and rear of property
