Proposed first floor development/upward extension above existing dormer bungalow (restricted to existing footprint of dwelling), including provision of rear external raised terrace area.

Proposed rear single storey extension, projecting 8m from rear elevation of original building, eaves height to match that of the existing building, height to be no more than 2500mm, overall height including parapet to be no more than 4000mm. Materials to be brick to match existing, single ply membrane to flat roof. Proposed side extension, width to be no more than half that of the original building, eaves height to match that of the existing building, height to be no more than 2500mm, pitch to match existing up to a maximum overall height of no more than 4000mm, due to pitch it must be flat at the top. Materials to be brick to match existing, tiles to match existing to pitched elements of roof, single ply membrane to flat part of roof. Proposed Loft extension, creating flat roof dormer to rear of the dwelling, increased size to be no more than 50 cubic meters. The addition of rooflights at the front of the house will not protrude more than 0.15m beyond the existing roof plane. Proposed Porch not exceeding 3 square meters or 3m in height. Proposed chimney to new side extension, height not to exceed ridge height of original dwelling.
