Remove heavily weighted lower limb over conservatory and remove two smaller limbs above, leaving an even crown.

Proposed plan to fell a large Cordyline Australis which is situated in the back garden, the top of the tree can bee seen from The Path. The tree is very overgrown, it stands over 3 metres high, it is situated 1.3 metres from the Conservatory and on the other side of the tree is the Oil Tank which is 1.5 metres away. The tree is not native to the UK and appears very out of place in out garden. The tree constantly drops large leaves over the path, garden and conservatory. There is also a very large Eucalyptus tree in the Garden (labelled tree one) that needs to be removed as it is leaning at a 45 degree angle so it is at high risk of coming down and would hit the conservatory and my studio. If someone was in the conservatory or studio at the time it would cause serious injuries or death due to the weight and volume of the branches that would hit the buildings. We have taken advice from your Tree Specialist Officer and he recommended that it was removed due to their very shallow roots, the angle it leans at and the proximity of it to buildings. I have planted 2 more trees last year in our garden, both Cobb Nut trees but in better location within the garden, and we also have a large Holly tree. We recognise the importance of trees within our immediate environment and within the wider environment and their role combating climate change, and because of this I am planning on planting two more tree in better locations and of a more suitable size for our garden.
