Proposed installation of a Wheel Lathe Facility (WLF); depot building to house the wheel lathe facilities and a maintenance pit; Construction of one 400 metre line of new rail track to facilitate access of 250 metre trains; Minor modifications to overhead line equipment and other ground-based rail systems; New and improved fencing and vehicular gates to be installed and existing access off Oxford Road is to be utilized.

Prior Approval under Part 18 of the GPDO for the proposed installation of a wheel lathe depot to house wheel lathe equipment and maintenance pit, and the erection of two new single storey welfare units. The construction of a new 400 metre railway track, minor modifications to existing overhead line equipment and other ground-based railway systems. New and improved fencing and vehicular gates, utilisation of existing access point off Oxford Road, and possible additional access point off Oxford Road to improve functionality of the wheel lathe facility.
