Proposed demolition of rear single storey flat roof element and chimneystack. Partial demolition of northwest single storey outbuilding. Reconstruction of ground floor outbuilding range with pitched roof, repair and strengthening to retaining wall to northwest boundary, partial demolition of existing slate roof extension, erection of single storey extension, new door openings and fenestration changes, replacement windows, removal and addition of internal partitions, and levelling of basement floors. Demolition of existing garage and erection of new garage. Installation of new foul drainage pipework within front range to serve new bathroom to first floor, and adjustment of ground levels with steps to new courtyard.
