Erection of building for C2 (children's residential home) use (following demolition of existing buildings), construction of car parking area and new in/out access arrangement including new access onto Walton Road.

Prior Approval under Part 18 of the GPDO for the proposed installation of a wheel lathe depot to house wheel lathe equipment and maintenance pit, and the erection of two new single storey welfare units. The construction of a new 400 metre railway track, minor modifications to existing overhead line equipment and other ground-based railway systems. New and improved fencing and vehicular gates, utilisation of existing access point off Oxford Road, and possible additional access point off Oxford Road to improve functionality of the wheel lathe facility.
