Prior Approval Application under Part 6, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2013 (as amended) for erection of an agricultural machinery store extension to add to existing unit for weather protection and security/safety.

Proposed change of use of agricultural land to use for dog walking and associated development.

Proposal to create 58 no. one, two and three bedroom houses and apartments, Medical Centre plus associated infrastructure and public open space (revised description (nr of units) and re-consultation as the proposal constitutes a Departure from the Development Plan).

Expansion and modernisation of facilities to include; redesign of moorings, modernisation of services for mooring holders and visitors, development of shore side vessel services (such as maintenance, haulage, wash down facility and storage), installation of protective dolphin and construction of 90no. new moorings and 25no. improved moorings.

Application for an Existing Lawful Development Certificate to confirm that application TEN/241/85 concerning the "provision of general berthing facilities, changing rooms/store/office, car and boat parking, toilets and related boundary fencing, together with related engineering works to the waterfront" has been commenced and remains extant, and to allow the continued development of general berthing facilities as approved under planning consent TEN/241/85.

The Application seeks a Certificate of Lawfulness confirming that continued and future development of the site under the following planning permission would be lawful following its lawful implementation. Planning permission dated 4 August 2014, granted under reference 13/00745/OUT, involving "Development of site to provide a new industrial park with up to 28,280 m2 of floorspace for B2 and B8 uses, a bus depot and 30m high telecommunications mast. All with associated access, landscaping, parking and highway improvements".
