T1: Conifers X 5 Remove including stumps. All trees are interfering with overhead cables and causing structural damage to both fences and paved areas. T2 Silver Birches X 2 Remove including stumps. Close to house causing structural damage and also roots have been damaged by builders making trees unstable T3 Apple Cut back overextend branch going over next door. T4 Yew: Prune, removing 1.5m all over.

AMENDED DESCRIPTION - Beech (T1 & T2) Fell to ground level due to root damage occurring to patio and oil tank area and encroaching towards the back of the house. The patio is starting to lift in areas close to the back of the house. Roots are clearly visible in the garden across the lawn and in flower beds. Concerns raised by surveyor as part of the pre purchase survey regarding roots encroaching further towards the property which could cause subsidence in the near future. The trees are growing too close together having grown out of a Beech hedge dividing Rose Cottage from the property next door. The dividing fence is also being pushed over by the trees and the oil tank platform is lifting as a result of roots spreading outwards which will become a safety issue. These two trees are part of a row of three growing close together in a beech hedge which has not been properly maintained over the years. The trees are at least twice as high as their distance from the house. Both trees also cause excessive shading to the garden which is having a detrimental effect on the lawn.

Prune Sycamore (ID#2) located near the small steps, remove all deadwood from tree. Prune Sycamore (ID#3) located at the Woodland, tree shows signs of squirrel damage as leaning towards the house and reduce crown by 30% to strengthen and remove signs of damage. Prune Conifer (ID#4) located at the woodland, Tree has split out and is lodged, remove split limb and reduce tree by 50% to remove all damaged area and to promote new growth and vitality. Prune 4 tree groups (ID#5) located at the Top of the wood, reduce group of trees by 30% to remove all broken and hung up branches. Prune Conifer x 25 group (ID#6) located around the Spring, reduce group by 30%. Prune Maple (ID#7) located at the entrance, weak forks exists, thin crown by 30% to reduce the weight of the crown. Prune Maple (ID#8) located by the turning circle close to the property, weak forks, thin crown by 30% to reduce weight. Prune Goat Willow (ID#9) located at the close to fence, signs of fungal activity at the base of tree, thin crown by 30% to reduce weight and wind resistance.
