Change of use of stables to residential dwelling (retrospective).

Conversion and extension of existing agricultural buildings to stables and 1No. dwelling, creation of manege, and provision of additional landscaping

Conversion of stable block to a single dwelling house and works to an existing garage for use in association with the new dwelling.

Merge the first floor apartment with the main dwelling. Conversion of ground floor stables to main house to provide kitchen/utility and living space. Conversion of stables 5 & 6 to workshop and store associated with dwelling.

Proposed erection of new detached dwelling and creation of new associated vehicular access following demolition of converted former stable building and garden pergola. Retention of existing garage to serve the new development.

Internal remodelling of the stair core within the main dwellinghouse, an extension and internal remodelling of the associated annexe building, demolition of the stable block, remodelling of the carport to form an indoor/outdoor entertainment area and the construction of a new timber framed carriage house.

Proposed removal of condition 6 (holiday let tie), and the variation/discharge of conditions 2, 3 and 5 (layout, window details and surfacing materials) of allowed appeal ref: 15/01214/FUL to allow unrestricted occupancy of the converted stable block as a single dwellinghouse.
