TPO 275 - T9, T10 and T11 T9:-mature ash tree adjacent to the garage and driveway,all over reduction back to the previous points, approximately 3metres. T10:- mature ash tree in the garden area,stem bifurcates at 1-2.5 metres with poor attachment,no natural bracing. Dieback at extremities of the crown,suspect ash dieback infection, deadwood and stubs throughout the crown, overall condition is poor with no low growth points for reduction,fell to ground level T11:-English oak, overall condition and vitality are good.reduce back to previous points by approximately 3metres all round to prevent failure of branch attachments. Would recommend repeating this every 5 years

The Lime Tree is about 26m high and base diameter 1.24m; it is on the access track to The Vine Yard and close to Stanway Road and adjacent houses; the ultrasound scan shows extensive decay at the base of the tree; the decay is the fungus "ganoderma applanatum"; the tree is weighted to the north-east and it could fall into the cricket ground or the road which it overhangs by 9m. The report states that the tree does not need felling at this time but a substantial crown reduction of is necessary and would allow its retention for at least 10 years; it is recommended that about 8m is taken off the top of the lime with about 3m off the spread; it is recommended that the tree work is conducted this autumn.

Scots Pine Tree at the front of the property has two dead lower branches that need to be removed. Maple tree on the boundary with Crabtree Cottage. The tree is diseased. A large branch of the tree has already snapped off. The remaining branches overhang my neighbour's property and could present a danger if they break off in a similar fashion to the branch that fell in the summer.

Raise lower crown to a height of approximately 3.5 metres by pruning two limbs located on North side of English Oak, Quercus robur, tree (T1) as shown in Photo 1 back to a suitable growth point on main trunk. Raise lower crown on the South side of the English Oak tree to approximately 3.5m by pruning lower branches as demonstrated in in Photo 3. Reduce back to a suitable growth point a limb that juts out to the South East area of the tree's crown as shown in Photos 2 and 3. Prune lower limb on West side of tree's lower crown to reduce the weight of the branch to prevent possible future failure as demonstrated in Photo 4. Tree work is being proposed to allow more light into the garden area and just maintain the healthy appearance of the tree. Deadwood will be removed where deemed necessary.

T1 Horse chestnut Reduce by 3m all over due to snapped out limb and reshape. Thin the canopy where needed.

Remove the lower limbs of the Sycamore (Crown lifting) to create more light and prevent damage to the garden room

Leaving a natural balanced crown. 993 - Cherry Plum - reduce crown back by 2m overall as limbs in crown are overlong.
