Change of shop front

Renovation of shop fronts for units 6, 7 and 8 and improved access to the shops.

Extension to shop unit. Change of use of flat to staff room, toilets and office.

Internal modifications to 156 High St. and 1 Barton St. to reinstate separate accommodation with revised rear access. New shop front to 1 Barton St. to replicate original arrangement. Modification to corner shop front to 156 High St. to remove the recessed entrance.

Change of use of the retail shop (use class E(a)) to form part of the dwelling (use class C3) and insertion of two new first floor windows, two new ground floor windows and one high level ground floor window on the North West elevation and one high level ground floor window on the South East elevation.

New retail/warehouse building and reconfiguration of existing car parking/hard standing areas

Replacement of sash windows to front elevation. Removal of old cables from front elevation. Replacement of shop signage.

Erection of a front dormer window, alterations to shop frontage. Erection of a pitched roof to the rear and rendering of the rear of the building.

Propose to replace existing fish and chip shop with domestic dwelling

Alterations and extension to existing buildings (demolition in part) to form a takeaway food shop and 4 one bedroomed apartments.
