Construction of a plant room to house 2x combined heat power units and the installation of LPG tanks (Part Retrospective)

Internal alterations to include new partition walls and doorway, creation of new opening to access roof void. Removal of cupboard and creation of built-in wardrobe. Reinstatement of fireplace opening. External alterations to include replacement doors, widening of existing driveway and construction of patio area and retaining wall.

Construction of outbuilding, installation of greenhouse, and fencing.

Change of use of agricultural land to domestic garaging and forecourt. Repairs and alterations to estate buildings along with the construction of a new biomass plant room and garaging.

Proposed temporary removal of the entrance gates to allow the safe movement of construction vehicles entering the site without risk to the entrance gates.

Internal remodelling of the stair core within the main dwellinghouse, an extension and internal remodelling of the associated annexe building, demolition of the stable block, remodelling of the carport to form an indoor/outdoor entertainment area and the construction of a new timber framed carriage house.
