-T1 Beech - Fell to ground. I have attached pictures showing substantial wound cased by growing against fence. Holly (T1) (self-seeded in last c15 years) - fell because on boundary where we wish to continue erection of replacement garden fence.

Plum coloured tree to be pruned/reduced to 5m high x 4m wide. Reshape and health care. Conifer adjacent to south boundary fence to be removed.

T1: Liquid amber: Reduce height by 3m and any extended branches back into shape. T2: Yew: Remove as its damaging the fence

T1: Conifers X 5 Remove including stumps. All trees are interfering with overhead cables and causing structural damage to both fences and paved areas. T2 Silver Birches X 2 Remove including stumps. Close to house causing structural damage and also roots have been damaged by builders making trees unstable T3 Apple Cut back overextend branch going over next door. T4 Yew: Prune, removing 1.5m all over.

T1 Variegated Maple - Reshape as growth has been uneven. T4 Conifer hedge in neighbours garden to be cut back to boundary due to excessive protrusion and shading. Limbs are pressing on the fence and the fence is now only held up by strapping. T5 Single conifer in a different garden to be cut back to boundary (or felled if neighbour prefers) due to excessive protrusion on our side and shading

AMENDED DESCRIPTION - Beech (T1 & T2) Fell to ground level due to root damage occurring to patio and oil tank area and encroaching towards the back of the house. The patio is starting to lift in areas close to the back of the house. Roots are clearly visible in the garden across the lawn and in flower beds. Concerns raised by surveyor as part of the pre purchase survey regarding roots encroaching further towards the property which could cause subsidence in the near future. The trees are growing too close together having grown out of a Beech hedge dividing Rose Cottage from the property next door. The dividing fence is also being pushed over by the trees and the oil tank platform is lifting as a result of roots spreading outwards which will become a safety issue. These two trees are part of a row of three growing close together in a beech hedge which has not been properly maintained over the years. The trees are at least twice as high as their distance from the house. Both trees also cause excessive shading to the garden which is having a detrimental effect on the lawn.

Fell three Conifer Trees. Two of the trees are approx. 30 feet high and are of Leylandii type species. Both these trees are near our rear boundary fence. One of these trees looks like it is dying. The other tree is outgrown its position and its roots are causing damage to rear fence. The third tree is approx. 50 feet high and is a Spruce Tree (Christmas Tree) unfortunately it is causing problems to the nearby drainage sump and ditch it has also lost and shed some braches and is unattractive.

Reduce beechnut tree to reduce shade, remove Yew tree as causing damage to fence, reduce Prunus to try to retain as has fungal disease if this fails the carry out removal.
