T1 Self seeded Beech tree Remove to just below hedge level. T2 Self seeded maple Remove to just below hedge level. They are encroaching on the green house and getting too big for the area

As recommended after inspection by Matt Hale. T32 Self sown Purple plum - the tree is very close to Abbey House and has outgrown its location - remove tree to avoid damage to building. T2 Lawson Cypress cultivar -This tree is located in Abbey Lodge back Garden but is in the conservation area. This tree has outgrown the area it was planted in and has not been managed, it now has grown very tall and is blocking out the light to the kitchen in Flat 4. Detailed plan submitted showing the location and updated photos showing current size and proximity to the buildings.

.2 x mature oak trees on roadside bank would benefit from canopy reduction predominantly on the road side of the trees to reduce overhanging canopy weight and increase stability of tree given the past site history of large tree failure due to imbalance. Suggested reduction of 15%-20% giving a branch length reduction of 5-6m and branch thickness of 6-8inches per overhanging limb. *NB If future root plate disturbance is noticed potential removal / high pollard maybe necessary.* Reduce all trees on bank to rear of property (alongside path) by 10-15% overall to increase stability and reduce risk of failure towards house due to nature of ground slipping. Starting a overdue maintenance plan going forward to help retain soil structure and trees long term lifespan in this location. Proposed branch reduction of 4-5m and branch thickness of 4-5 inch.

Removal of a conifer which I planted in my back garden. It has grown too big and is too close to the house.

T1 - Magnolia to be reduced as shown in submitted photograph 13.03.2023. T2 - Weeping pear to be removed as tree is situated very close to the house. T2 will be replanted. T3 - Apple Tree to be pruned and shaped T4 - Sycamore to be thinned and dead wood removed T5 - Ornamental Cherry Tree to be removed as tree is situated very close to the house. Area to be replanted.

The Flowering Hawthorn tree is located in the south-east corner of the garden of Lucia House (marked X on the plan). It is causing cracks in the wall of the building (Mission Hall) next to it and has been invaded by ivy which I am unable to remove or kill. It has blocked the sun from most of my garden throughout the summer and I would like to remove both tree and ivy and replace the Hawthorn with a tree more centrally placed in the garden. The tree is not protected by a TPO.

We would like to remove the existing immature Leylandii which are planted spaciously around the parameter edge on three sides of our garden (identified by red circles on plan). There are 26 Leylandii trees in total which we would like to remove. We would like to replace these with Hornbeam hedging around all three sides of our land. The front perimeter along Lincoln Green Lane is already hedged, so the new hedging would be in keeping with this and offer continuity. We want to encourage natural wildlife in to our garden as much as possible and feel the hedge would do this as we get an abundance of birds in our front hedge at present. Our plans are to use the large grounds to create a nature friendly garden. We have already planted a small orchard of ten fruit trees and it is very much our intention to add to this. We also have a very tall Eucalyptus tree which is 7 metres from the front elevation of the house (identified by the cross on the plan) The tree is leaning towards the house and in high winds the ground moves due the shallow roots. We would like to remove this tree on safety grounds.

FELL - 2 x Ash trees opposite entrance to Isbourne House on Castle Street. Both are self-seeded trees showing signs of Chalara and hanging over road and footpath.
