Variation of condition nos. 3 (Materials),4 (Access),5 (CEMP),6 (Levels),7 (Drainage),8 (Ecology/Nature space),9 (Ecology Enhancement Plan),10 (External Lighting),11 (SAC Information Leaflet),12 (Green/Brown Roof),14 (Tree Protection Plan),16 (Hardscaping, Hedges, Boundary Treatment),17 (Noise Management Plan),20 (Car Parking Management Plan) and removal of condition 13 of planning permission 21/01163/FUL.

T1 & T2 - 2 x Lawson Cypress growing in very close proximity and forming a single canopy. Fell - Trees have been previously topped and are now becoming too large for the small garden. T3 - Lawson Cypress (Ellwoodii) growing along the roadside boundary as screening. Reduce height by 1/3 leaving at approximately 2 Metres tall.

Holly (T1) (self-seeded in last c15 years) - fell because on boundary where we wish to continue erection of replacement garden fence.

T1: Remove approx 15 Leylandii (5m tall) making up the hedge row next to the driveway. T2: Re-coppice hazel T3: Remove Poplar (approx 10m) and neighbouring small heavily leaning poplar and horse chestnut in the boundary tree line. T4: Reduce Silver Birch by approx 2 metres T5:Reduce Ash Tree by approx 2 metres

3 Horse Chestnut trees at the eastern end of a row of 7 identified as G1 on the Tree Protection Order TBC/TR/92. The trees overhang the rear garden of No.8, The Close and are situated adjacent to the North-East boundary on land belonging to Southam End Cottage. Works requested: to crown raise the 3 trees to a height of 6-7 metres from ground level to prevent damage to the roof of a garden room, to prevent injury from falling debris in a seating area and reduce excessive shading.

1) Felling of 2 ash trees, a poor sycamore and two Lawson cypress and one dead wild cherry tree - replace with hornbeam/native hedge and one wild cherry tree planted so that it will not interfere with canopy of neighboring sycamore with TPO. 2) Felling of 6 leylandii - the first 6 Leylandii at the northern end of the line of leylandii along the boundary with the footpath and Buckland Manor Hotel - replant with mixed hedging

TI. Maple to front garden requiring 1 m crown reduction and 0.5 m side reduction to maintain canopy shape. TII. Silver birch; crown reduction 2 m and 0.5 m side reduction to maintain canopy shape. TIII. Neighbours overhanging branches to be cut back to boundary line.

Scots Pine Tree at the front of the property has two dead lower branches that need to be removed. Maple tree on the boundary with Crabtree Cottage. The tree is diseased. A large branch of the tree has already snapped off. The remaining branches overhang my neighbour's property and could present a danger if they break off in a similar fashion to the branch that fell in the summer.

Plum coloured tree to be pruned/reduced to 5m high x 4m wide. Reshape and health care. Conifer adjacent to south boundary fence to be removed.
