Scots Pine Tree at the front of the property has two dead lower branches that need to be removed. Maple tree on the boundary with Crabtree Cottage. The tree is diseased. A large branch of the tree has already snapped off. The remaining branches overhang my neighbour's property and could present a danger if they break off in a similar fashion to the branch that fell in the summer.

Trees T3-T7 are all located on the northern boundary.

A cherry tree located on the boundary of the cemetery needs to be felled and removed as it has outgrown its location with a potential for future damage. A further dead tree also needs to be removed

T1 - Large horse chestnut - fell due to base rot at chest height and ground level & early signs of puss bleeding canken or a form of phytophthora (see photos). Die back in crown over boundary wall.
