Cherry Tree located at the front of the property has significant fungus/erosion and is now hollow at the core presenting significant risk to collapse in a high use area, we therefore wish to replace this tree Ash Tree located on the rear boundary is suffering from Ash Die Back resulting in a large section falling without warning, this poses a significant risk to our neighbours young children who are always playing in the garden we therefore wish to remove this tree Fir Tree located on the rear boundary near end of life and restricting growth of nearby Cherry Tree we therefore wish to remove the nearly dead Fir Tree The has all been viewed and advised by Oaklands (arborist)

1. common beech- Prune to reduce spread on north-west side of the tree only, that is where it overhangs the garden area. Prune according to dimensions on plan, which are for the avoidance of doubt : On north side of spread, to 7.4m from trunk, on north-west side of spread to 7.2m and on the west side to 8m. Maximum size of pruning wound to be 100 mm and cuts, in accordance with British Standard 3998:2010, should be made to suitable side growth at least 1/3 of the diameter of the parent branch.

Variation of Condition 4 (Hours) pursuant to planning permission 21/2757/RSP (Part Retrospective: Single storey rear extension and change of use of premises from bank Class E(c)(i) (Financial Services) to restaurant Class E(b)) to allow the premises to operate from 11:00 am to 00:00 am on Fridays and Saturdays only.

I have spoken to a tree surgeon and he has suggested that we apply for pruning of approx 2m height and width, and the removal of vine that is wrapping around the trunks, so that the trees remain healthy Two trees (1 x Sycamore and 1 x Ash)- T225 and T226 that seem to have overgrown branches that need tidying. We have spoken to an arborist that has suggested a Crown reduction of approximately 2 x 2m for the overall health of the trees and to prevent awkward grown branches from falling.

G1 - Group of Hornbeams - reduce lateral growth extending over pool by 1.5m to prevent branches and leaves falling over pool and causing damage. G2 - Sycamore and Ash - reduce back towards boundary line by 1.5m to contain spread and lean.
