Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

We currently have a tree just over our boundary line on the canal side, to which we have been made aware by one of the house boats is far too overgrown & tall. If this tree falls it could cause serious damage to the house boats in the nearby area, or worse.

Reason : as part of continued maintenance to control and contain overall size of the tree due to close proximity to the house. b) T18, White Willow ( Salix Alba): located in the rear garden right hand boundary. Work required : All round reduction of 3 metres to balance the tree and removal of deadwood and removal of epicormic growth up to lower branches and removal of a hanging broken branch Reason: continued maintenance and to reduce wind loading and sail area of the tree as large branches break and fall in the wind.

Extremely concerning during light winds when tree waves aggressively. Primary risk of falling over on our or neighbouring property. Inevitable this tree will need to be felled given at risk to falling on the road. Request for tree to be felled. T26 - Hawthorn - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T27 - Laurel - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T28 - Silver Birch - leaning silver birch tree, limited room or light to grow given surrounding large conifers, Very close to house. Request to be felled. T30 - Conifer - Partial cut back on NE facing side and on top by previous owners rather atrociously. In a corner 2 other large conifer trees. Request to fell this tree in order to open up space more and provide more light to the property as very close.

Crown reduction at sides only - Cutting back branches off Leylanddi trees at the side of the house, on right hand boundary next to house. Many branches are overgrown and overhanging on top of the roof of the house and gutters of 3 Heathside road. To avoid any damage to the property it is essential to cut back branches by 1.5 metres across 5 trees T1 - T5 and 0.5 metres for 7 trees from T7-T12

The application relates to work needed to 3 trees under a general TPO. The follow plan identifies the trees T1, T2, T3 T1 Willow - Fell to level where there is no further rot to allow to grow back This is beautiful weeping willow which was made up of two main trunks. During September this year, one of these trunks fell and crushed our green house. A tree surgeon removed the fallen tree and during their assessment confirmed that this had been caused by rot in the main trunk of the tree. Their assessment is that there are 2 remaining risks 1) its likely the rot will exist in the remaining trunk and 2) significant imbalance increasing the risk of the fall. The advice was to unfortunately cut back the remaining trunk down to a level where the rot stops to try and let it regrow. T2 Plum Tree: Fell to ground level due to fungus, no recent growth clearing to give other trees and bushes space to grow T3 Spruce: Fell to ground level as increasingly leaning into neighbours, routes now above ground of lawn, and damaging walled boundary

T275 - Walnut Tree on the boundary of 79 and 77 Valley Road at the front. To trim the tree to avoid contact with the house and gutters where branches currently overhang. Reduce by 1 metre all round to create a reduced crown.
