G1 - Woodland Tree Line - Located on boundary, to rear/side of No. 64 Boundary Way. Consisting of 2x Mature Sycamore shown as T1 & T2, located close to the boundary line, with considerable overhang to property and garden area of no.64. Reduce overhanging laterals to reduce overextended limbs of Sycamore tree by 4.5M. Remove or carry our end-weight reduction to lower limbs in close proximity to house roof line, to provide suitable crown clearance from roofline of property block. To alleviate crown encroachment and light filter issues to property and garden, while reducing end weight to crown, reducing risk of limb failure to over extended limbs. Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Very difficult to maintain and little benefit. Blocking light. T2 - Elderberry - request to be felled T3 - Silver Birch - dead tree, request to be felled T4 - Silver Birch - dead tree, request to be felled T10 - Elderberry - dead tree, request to be felled T11 - Elderberry - very young tree growing at an angle. Maintaining 2 other laurels in the garden, request to fell this one. T12 - Elderberry - dead tree, request to be felled T14 - Ceder - Extremely tall tree, limited leafage/branches at top. Extremely concerning during light winds when tree waves aggressively. Primary risk of falling over on our or neighbouring property. T20 - Laurel - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T21 - Cherry Plum Tree - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T22 - Laurel - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T25 - Conifer - leaning heavily upon boundary fence to the extent fence is falling apart and impacting pavement on Parrotts Close. Inevitable this tree will need to be felled given at risk to falling on the road. Request for tree to be felled. T26 - Hawthorn - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T27 - Laurel - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T28 - Silver Birch - leaning silver birch tree, limited room or light to grow given surrounding large conifers, Very close to house. Request to be felled. T30 - Conifer - Partial cut back on NE facing side and on top by previous owners rather atrociously. In a corner 2 other large conifer trees. Request to fell this tree in order to open up space more and provide more light to the property as very close.

The tree on which works is to be done is identified by T1 in a blue circle in the attached document (Tree Identification) and also by a circle in the Sketch Plan The tree needs to be pruned as it's very tall and slender and hence the top and some side branches sway in windy conditions posing danger to the fences and also to persons in my garden and to pedestrians on the adjoining verge. The tree should be pruned as follows: 1. The tree is bent on the top and could sway and shear in windy conditions. This could damage the fences on my property and also on neighboring properties. 2. The branch to the left drooped very much and could fall posing danger to the nearby fences and also to persons in my garden 3. The small Branch on the right is drooping and if it falls, can cause damage to the pedestrians on the verge along A404 adjoining my house These 3 pruning points on the tree are identified in the attached Tree Photograph

G1 - 4x groups of Hazel (Corylus avellana) - Rear garden, Approx Height - 7m. Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 6m Service - Crown Reduction Work required- Reduce by around 3m height and 1m spread. Remove 1 x Branch growing over lawn area (left hand tree with back to house, see photos) back to main stem (approx 4m length). Prune 4x smaller diameter branches on right hand tree (with back to house) that are growing over the neighbours shed, back to the fence line (approx 1.5m length) Reason - As part of regular cyclical maintenance, to keep at a manageable size for the space and reduce encroachment/debris over adjacent gardens.

Oak T1 - Reduce crown by 3-4 metres in height and thin crown by 10% and remove any major deadwood. To manage the tree in respect of availability into the garden and house. Work to be carried out by Arbomedics. Holly tree - Reduce crown by 1 metre in height and 1-2 feet at the sides. . Tree is too large and cannot access fence for repairs.

Hedge: A holly hedge on the North West boundary is dying gradually. Presumably, the overhanging birch (T2 and T3) and oak branches (T4, T5 and T6) in our neighbours garden have provided inadequate light for it to survive. Several dead holly trunks have been removed over several years. Other dead trunks remain. The trunks now have extensive growth of ivy and climbing weed. The holly hedge bordering the house is unsightly for the neighbours (Anfield). It has no amenity value. We would like to remove the line of holly hedge as marked above and replace with a fence. The holly hedge away from the house and bordering the garden remains strong and will remain as it is. There is no record in our deeds to suggest the hedge has a protection order. We have 50 ms ofholly hedge elsewhere in the garden.

Reduce back to previous pruned points Group on other side of fence TG5 Coniferous Tree X 2 group located at the left side of property rear garden Reduce crown height by approximately 1.5-2.5 metres to enhance natural form. T6 Coniferous Tree located at the back of house. Remove the declining. Leave stump low.
