The tree on which works is to be done is identified by T1 in a blue circle in the attached document (Tree Identification) and also by a circle in the Sketch Plan The tree needs to be pruned as it's very tall and slender and hence the top and some side branches sway in windy conditions posing danger to the fences and also to persons in my garden and to pedestrians on the adjoining verge. The tree should be pruned as follows: 1. The tree is bent on the top and could sway and shear in windy conditions. This could damage the fences on my property and also on neighboring properties. 2. The branch to the left drooped very much and could fall posing danger to the nearby fences and also to persons in my garden 3. The small Branch on the right is drooping and if it falls, can cause damage to the pedestrians on the verge along A404 adjoining my house These 3 pruning points on the tree are identified in the attached Tree Photograph

T1 - Yew - Reduce tree by 3.5 - 4 metres, and reduce retained lateral limbs to balance canopy (1.5-2.5 metres) to maintain at a reasonable size for location T2 - Cypress - Large twin stem conifer by corner of shed - remove thin upright stem between two main stems (leave the stem close to shed for now) and crown raise the canopy by 2 metres to allow more light underneath T3 - Cypress - Multi stem conifer, crown raise to match twin stem conifer in front (1-1.5 metres) T4 - Cypress - To left of shed, reduce canopy height by a third (1.5-2.5 metres), to allow more light to surrounding trees and garden T5 - Prunus - Rear boundary - dismantle and remove twin stem prunus leaning on fence over neighbours, poor form and causing damage to fence T6 - Yew - Remove two or three low select branches, and check and remove if necessary any small branches that are significantly fouling phone line, to clear services and left canopy away from cars

Removal of Leylandii trees x 3. Removalnof tree stumps. Situated at the back of the garden. Have grown too tall and are damaging the fence. Some branches are overhanging to neighbours property.

2 x Leylandii trees to be removed (T7 and T8). They are now 6 m tall and 4.5 m wide. Very close to neighbours fence and causing considerable shading and dry soil in their garden.

T1: Tree type - Weeping willow (Salix babylonica) Approx Height - 10m Location - Rear garden Rear boundary right hand corner Service - Crown reduction Work required - heavily reduce back and left hand side of tree by removing 2-2.5m, reduce crown by removing approxiamately 2m to shape, remove major dead wood more than 50mm in diameter and greater than 0.5m in length Reason - to alleviate the tree's lean, preserve tree and reduce risk of uprooting and falling. It is an attractive tree which needs to be preserved and already requires supporting beams. T2: Broadleaf tree Approx height - 4ms Location - Public footpath adjacent to property which is managed by Three Rivers but within our boundaries as defined by Land Registry. Service - Fell to ground Reason - Leaning across footpath; risk of falling; risk of injury to users of footpath from lower branches, damaging neighbours fence.

2 x Ash trees. Reduce over hanging branches (neighbour's trees) back to boundary. The reduction of the overhanging branches will be approximately 4 meters back to near the main trunks respectively of trees 1 and 4, the two closest to the boundary fence.

T1 Conifer hedge- reduce lateral growth extending over garden of number 1 Parrotts Close by 0.5m to contain spread. T2 Hazel hedge - reduce branches back to boundary line to alleviate damage to fence T3 Ash - reduce branches extending towards no1 Parrotts Close by 2.5m to pre-empt limb shedding

G1 - X 8 (approx.) Hazel (Corylus avellana) and x 1 Holly (Ilex aquifolium) Approx Height - 3-5m Location - Front garden and Rear garden left hand boundary Work required- reduce height back to previous by removing approximately 1-2m, trim back trim sides back to previous to shape and trim back side over public footpath back to the boundary fence Reason - as part of continued maintenance T1 - Field Maple (Acer campestre) Approx Height - 14m Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 10m Location - Rear garden left hand boundary Work required- Crown reduce back to previous by removing approximately approximately 1.5-2m but pruning to the most suitable growth point to maintain future crown development. Remove the large dead top of x1 limb (see photo) Reason - as part of continued maintenance to control and contain overall size of tree

Tree number - T3 Tree type - Purple plum Approx Height - 5m Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 4m Location - See map Service - Crown Reduction Work required- Crown reduce by removing approximately 1m from all over pruning to suitable growth points Reason - As per clients wishes. Tree number - H2 Tree type - Laurel, yew & Leylandii Approx Height - 4m Location - See map Service - Hedge Trimming Work required- Trim top and clients side back to previous points. Reduce height of Laurel to match. Reason - To allow more light into property

Variation of Condition 10 (Boundary Treatment) of planning permission 17/0820/FUL to alter the boundary treatment from the existing hedge to a combination of panel fencing and native trees
