Leylandii - Removal - due to dead and declining limbs, leaning limb to neighbouring garden, blocking out most sunlight to the garden, and proximity to the garage wall - client is worried about damage from roots. To replant Pleached tree in same position.

1: Sycamore Tree which is 3 meters from the garage and has damaged the boundary wall and is at risk of falling. The cracks on the boundary wall have been increasing recently. Concerned about high winds may cause it to fall over the garage roof and cars on the drive way. Been advised by the tree surgeon it is best to fell this tree and stops roots from spreading. 2: Ash Tree which is on the boundary and 3 meters from the garage. This tree has a large number of branches expanding over the garage roof and also a large number of roots expanding towards the garage foundation. The tree surgeon has advised that this tree should be trimmed and have a haircut. This will protect the garage roof and slow the expansion of roof and provide safety.

Sycamore- Back left corner- Take out limb closest to the garage/out building as is adjacent to it, limbs of the tree have been falling out on to the building damaging car. leaving the rest of the tree.
