T1 - Sycamore - c. 12m tall and 9m wide Fell - not a great specimen and has significant included bark. Felling in order for new shed to be erected, but owner is happy to plant a replacement elsewhere in the garden if required. T2 - Multi-stem Hawthorn (no. 0947) - c. 3m tall by 2m wide Reduce overhang into garden by approx 1m (leaving tree c. 2m tall by 1m tall) to allow space for new shed and to bring back into shape. T3 - Multi-stem Hawthorn to right of T2 (no. 0949) - c. 12m tall by 6m wide Reduce in height by approx. 3m and side by c. 1m (leaving the tree c. 9m tall by 5m wide). T4 - Laurel (no. 0948) - c. 9m tall by 9m wide Reduce all over by approx. 3m (leaving tree c. 6m tall by 6m wide) in order to get back into shape and a more manageable size. T5 - Goat Willow - c. 17m tall by 10m wide Crown lift to approx. 4-5m and reduce front lower overhang by approx. 3m to allow more light into the garden. (leaving tree c. 17m tall by 7m wide) T6 - Ash - c.16m tall by 9m wide Reduce front lower limbs by approx. 3m that are coming over the garden to allow more light in. (leaving tree c. 16m tall by 6m wide) T7 - Hazel (no.0945) - c. 9m tall by 9m wide Re-coppice (leaving approx. 2m tall) H1 - Mixed Hedge on left boundary - c.9m tall by 9m wide Reduce all overhang in garden, approx. 3-4m (leaving the hedge approx. 7m x 5m) The garden has been left for a number of years and everything is hugely overgrown. This work would get the garden back under control, allow more light in and reduce the overcrowding.

4 - Lime - Reduce 2 x lowest branches back towards a boundary to suitable growth points. These trees have been heavily reduced on the top and on the owners side, but were left untouched over garden of Eversleigh, Solesbridge Lane, Chorleywood, WD3 5SW. This modest pruning is to abate the nuisance of the branches over-shadowing and touching the shed and to reduce shading to the rear of the garden
