G22 Tree 1 Oak - Crown lift and reduction between 3.5-4metres due to the extent of overhang causing damage to new windows from debris and residue and also to the terrain below being unsafe for disabled person being able to walk on the driveway. As the branches appear to be diseased and are frequently falling onto the public highway and our driveway, causing dangerous terrain. To take overall branches away from first floor bedroom windows and avoid blocakge of light to property and lawn / garden. Tree 2 as numbered on the sketch plan - Ash Tree. Removal of dead wood, treatment for fungal infection, potential Ash Die. Crown uplift and reduction 3.5-4metres

T1 - Magnolia - Front garden, centre Approx Height - 9-10m. Approx Crown Spread Diameter - 10m Work required- Crown Reduce crown all round by upto 1.5m, pruning to suitable growth points/branch fork junctions. Reason - To allow light to upstairs windows, give clearance to roof and overhead services and reduce encroachment/debris over adjacent gardens and footpath.

T1 - Multi stemmed Sycamore The trees lateral branches are in close proximity to property (approx 0.5m). It is also blocking a large amount of light from the property's windows. I have recommended a light crown reduction (approx 1.5) to suitable growth points. Canopy is also very one sided which will relieve some weight off of the limbs.

Fir tree - reduce crown overall up to 1 metre to allow more light to garden and house windows.

Oak (T1) - thin by 30% including removal of epicormic shoots from trunk and main branches - to reduce shading of windows
