Removal of area necessary for reinstatement of security fence around substation.

In the back garden, work is to be carried for: - one Ash tree to be cut all the way to the ground level and root cleaned up. - one Hornbeam tree to be cut all the way to the ground and root cleaned up. In the front garden, the magnolia tree is to be trimmed up to 2 meters and the edges properly shaped - 2m in height and spread.
