Tall old fir tree to be felled. Reason is because 1 m proximity to the outbuilding, significant lean towards the outbuilding and Cedars Avenue pedestrian path. Also a concern being so close to the Uxbridge Road. Tree Surgeon had suggested lifting the tree away from the building and reducing the height but that would not give the tree little amenity value. Applicant has agree to plant a more appropriate garden tree away from the roads and fence lines to replace the Cypress.

3 - Magnolia, Holly, Cotoneaster and Yew - Reduce back as close to fence line as possible whilst retaining viable growth

Laburnum - rear garden - fell. Replace with Magnolia (Jane) Tree. Privet hedge - rear garden - remove as it is thinning and dying. Replace with fence on boundary line.

T11 - Eucalyptus - Fell On the attached drawing that was submitted under 20/0744/FUL, the tree is marked up as T11 - Eucalyptus. The proposed works are to remove the tree as it has become dangerous and overhanging. The tree has become more overhanging year on year. Also a couple of years ago, no 35 Hampermill Lane put a new fence up and its possible they may have interfered with the roots of the tree. I also have concerns that no 33 Hampermill Lane have small children and their play area is at that end of the garden.

Removal of large conifer trees which line the fence on the boundary between the school site and Cricketers pub car park. They block the natural light to the Nursery and Reception classrooms. They impact on the nature garden by their size and spread. Wish to restore this garden to a useable state for pupil use.
