At the rear of Hamara's garden there is a large Beech tree (T1) which currently overhangs the roof of property at rear (2 Haddon Road) and the adjacent electrical substation. Tree surgeon has recommended reducing the tree height by 3m and width by 2m to provide sufficient clearance to property.

T1 - Dawn redwood (Cupressaceae sp) Approx Height - 13m Location - Side of property, right hand boundary Service - Hedge reduce Work required- Reduce height by approximately 2-3m (inline with height of Apex of neighbouring roof) and trim remaining by 0.5m hard back as possible without losing green foliage cover, cut back to clear building by 1.5m Reason - To Reduce encroachment and ease future maintenance. T2 - Magnolia Grandiflora Approx Height - 6m Approx Spread - 4m Location - Rear of building Service - Fell Work required - Fell as close to tree's current ground level as possible and leave the stump in the ground. Reason - Problematic tree growing within close proximity to building T2 Service - Stump Grinding Work required - Grind out the stump to a depth of approx. 200mm below the stump's current ground level and leave all grindings. Please note in-fill grindings mound will be left above ground level to allow for settling Reason - As per clients instructions

1: Sycamore Tree which is 3 meters from the garage and has damaged the boundary wall and is at risk of falling. The cracks on the boundary wall have been increasing recently. Concerned about high winds may cause it to fall over the garage roof and cars on the drive way. Been advised by the tree surgeon it is best to fell this tree and stops roots from spreading. 2: Ash Tree which is on the boundary and 3 meters from the garage. This tree has a large number of branches expanding over the garage roof and also a large number of roots expanding towards the garage foundation. The tree surgeon has advised that this tree should be trimmed and have a haircut. This will protect the garage roof and slow the expansion of roof and provide safety.

T1 - Birch x 1 - prune off first two lateral branches above roof, reduce remainder of crown on this side by 2m Reasons: becoming outgrown and now in contact with the roof and skylight window.

Crown reduction at sides only - Cutting back branches off Leylanddi trees at the side of the house, on right hand boundary next to house. Many branches are overgrown and overhanging on top of the roof of the house and gutters of 3 Heathside road. To avoid any damage to the property it is essential to cut back branches by 1.5 metres across 5 trees T1 - T5 and 0.5 metres for 7 trees from T7-T12

Tree number - G1 Tree type - Elder and Honeysuckle Approx Height - 8m Location - Left hand boundary, to side of garage Service - Crown Reduction Work required- Prune all overhanging growth hard back to clear garage roof. Reduce height to match neighbouring hedge removing approximately 2-2.5m. Reason - As per customers wishes, To clear structure and ease future maintenance

(T1) Multi stem Sycamore- back left corner adjacent to garage/out building- Take down to ground level as it is touching the garage and out building, root system lifting up the pathway where public walk. Limbs are failing and falling on roof.

T1 Walnut to remove to ground level, starting to out grow its space onto the new extention and droping alot of debris onto the roof and replant 1 oak tree (roughtly 2 meters) and 1 Walnut tree (roughtly 2 meters) within the new flower bed (see photos)
