We currently have a tree just over our boundary line on the canal side, to which we have been made aware by one of the house boats is far too overgrown & tall. If this tree falls it could cause serious damage to the house boats in the nearby area, or worse.

Retrospective: Boundary treatments including replacement of timber fence to side elevation and erection of timber fence on the brick wall to the front elevation.

Retrospective: Construction of outbuilding, raised rear patio with stepped access and boundary treatments.
