High End 51 Berks Hill Chorleywood Rickmansworth Hertfordshire WD3 5AJ
Neither myself nor our neighbour can identify the species of tree as it is pretty much dead. We are both in agreement that the tree can be removed subject to the councils approval as it is damaging the fence and parts of the tree appear dead. They also have a lovely Laurel which we think will thrive once the tree is removed. There is only one tree to come down. I have spoken with Tom Hunnings from Penn Tree services and he advised that the best course of action would be to remove the branches and because of the health of the tree the whole tree to come down - it is pretty much on the border of the properties.

The Oak tree reference as T2 on the tpo map at 13 bedford road requires a 35-40% pollard due to defects on one side causing rougly 35% of the crown to die out.
128A Valley Road Rickmansworth Hertfordshire WD3 4DT
T1: Beech Tree, felling tree to ground level The reason for felling the tree is because the top crown of the tree is completely dead and the lower crown is around 60 70 percent dead. The tree is within striking distance of 2 houses and its best to tackle it now before it gets any worse.
