We have spoken to an arborist that has suggested a Crown reduction of approximately 2 x 2m for the overall health of the trees and to prevent awkward grown branches from falling.

Fell X1 Self-set Sycamore T3, located close to fence boundary. height approx 6/7m Fell and remove due to low value and poor siting growing under established trees. Further crown growth will likely cause continual conflict to adj property and boundary.

Ash - T1 - Re-Pollard to old points as before - maintain to smaller size Cotoneaster -T2 - Reduce by 3-4 mts - maintenance
