Non material amendment to planning permission 22/0491/FUL: Internal and external amendments to Building 75, including alterations to the internal mezzanine, external window layout, and to the locations of the roller shutter access doors; The addition of Meet Me Room 2 (MMR2) in the northern corner of the central site; Minor internal footprint extension and façade alteration to the welfare/amenity Building 56 (to incorporate a Mezzanine level within the approved building footprint); The addition of a Waste Management Area adjacent to the sprinkler tanks on the southern edge of basecamp 1; Amendments to Buildings 73 & 74; Minor changes to the layout and positioning of the Sound Stages and associated offices (Buildings 52, 53, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, & 64), including the moving of the AHU facilities from the roofs of buildings 58 and 59, to adjacent at ground level, and the repositioning of several of the outbuildings; Addition of a small transformer station between buildings 63 and 64; Amendments to the layout of the internal (non-adopted) roads and foot/cycleways across the site; Amendments to Island Site road layout, including changes to roundabout to retain tree T37 and inclusion of a 1.8m high acoustic fence on the south-eastern boundary; and Various associated site wide landscaping amendments.

T1 - Conifer - Remove - front limb failed facing house, leaving a large unsightly bare patch, and mains sewer drains underneath had to be cleared in the recent past to remove roots (see pictures) - will be replaced with a broadleaf as part of re landscaping project T2 - Conifer - Crown raise to lift canopy giving 3 metres of clearance underneath, allowing more light into garden T3 - Oak - Remove significant deadwood for safety reasons T4 - Conifer - Remove as poor health and poor aesthetics

T1 - Dismantle and remove Maple in decking area, tree is very close to the rear of the property, and continued reductions to maintain at a reasonable size have reduced the aesthetics of the trees. Previous historic landscaping has also resulted in some of the main stem being below surrounding ground level, which is having a negative impact on the health of the tree

T1 - Tree type - western red cedar (Thuja) Approx Height -16m. Approx Spread - 5m Location -rear garden left hand boundary close to property Fell as close to tree's current ground level as possible and leave the stump in the ground Reason - Various longitudinal Cracks noted throughout tree and appears hazardous as per customers request. T2 - Ash ( Fraxinus excelsior) Approx Height -15m. Approx Spread - 7m Location - rear garden left hand boundary Fell as close to ground level as possible and treat with one application of glyphosate only, to prevent regrowth Reason - Notable die back seen throughout crown T4 - Conifer (Lawson cypress) Approx Height - 10m Location - rear garden top left hand corner Fell and grind out stump to a depth of approx. 200mm below the stumps current ground level and leave all stump's arising to allow for ground settlement Reason - tree in decline and to create a more open landscape as per clients request T5 - Ash (Fraxinus excelsior) Approx Height - 18m Location - rear garden top left hand corner on boundary of number 11 Sever and clear a 0.5m section of ivy from the stem Reason - Prevent encroachment into outer crown and allow future inspections of stem

Pine tree on the front driveway - Crown reduction of 2 - 3 metres and a thin reduction of 30% and removing the lowest branches would stop or significantly reduce the roots growth. (Advised by TRDC Tree and Landscape Officer, Javier Garcia via email on 22/02/2021) Original request to fell the tree denied by LPA who placed a TPO on the tree. The tree is causing damage to driveway of property by lifting up block driveway, lifting up 3 man-hole covers located around the base of the tree and the roots of the tree are in very close proximity to mains water pipes.

Non material amendment pursuant to planning permission 17/1825/FUL: To allow for amendments to the wording of Conditions 3 (Access), 4 (Construction Management Plan), 11 (Landscaping),12 (Tree Protection), 13 (Arboricultural Method Statement), and 15 (Bat Survey)

The work is to pollard the trees, they were last done in 2020 since then part of the site around the trees has been developed and now a significant reduction in the structural frame work of the trees would make them more appropriate to the setting. The trees have no open public view, the trees are significant to the site as a landscape feature of pollards and they will continue to be this, although smaller and more managed.
