T1 - Western Red Cedar - Reduce height by 3.00 meter to allow light into house and garden

Please refer to separate document TPO Works 15-8-23. TPO 735 applies to a Sycammore tree in the rear garden of my house.

The tree on which works is to be done is identified by T1 in a blue circle in the attached document (Tree Identification) and also by a circle in the Sketch Plan The tree needs to be pruned as it's very tall and slender and hence the top and some side branches sway in windy conditions posing danger to the fences and also to persons in my garden and to pedestrians on the adjoining verge. The tree should be pruned as follows: 1. The tree is bent on the top and could sway and shear in windy conditions. This could damage the fences on my property and also on neighboring properties. 2. The branch to the left drooped very much and could fall posing danger to the nearby fences and also to persons in my garden 3. The small Branch on the right is drooping and if it falls, can cause damage to the pedestrians on the verge along A404 adjoining my house These 3 pruning points on the tree are identified in the attached Tree Photograph

Pine-Front Left if facing down the garden- Take down to ground level as very close to house Conifer-Back left if facing up the back garden - Take down to ground level as large limbs have snapped out. And the client has a form of chest issues where the conifers irritate.

These trees are situated on a side road off from Appleby Drive, they are as shown on the sketch map down the drive towards Durrants House (therefore the post code and trees ownership details are not exact unfortunately) The trees are owned by Merchant Taylors Place from whom we are contracted to work for T1: Wellingtonia (30m)- Deadwood T2-T4: Sycamores- Deadwood T5: Holly Oak (15m)- Deadwood T6: Cypress (15m)- Deadwood T7-T9: Sycamores (spindly 6-12m tall)- Remove to ground level T10: Wellingtonia (35m+)- Deadwood T11: Sycamore (15m)- Remove as its growing into the Wellingtonia T12: Oak- Remove as its leaning heavily and dying/dead T13: Cherry, Holly and small shrubs (all of small size, Cherry diameter 25cm): Remove to open up area T14: Sycamore (8m): Remove to ground level, growing into Oak T15: Pine (25m): Deadwood T16: Sycamore (6m): Remove to ground level, growing into larger species T17: Wellingtonia (35m+): Deadwood T18-T20: Sycamore (10m spindly): Remove to ground level

T1 - Sycamore, Back left- reduce height by 2.5 metres and sides by 1.5m T2 - Oak - Back left, reduce height by 2.5 metres and sides by 1.5m T3 - Oak - Back centre reduce height by 2.5 metres and sides by 1.5m T4 - Lime -Back right, reduce height by 3 metres and sides by 1.5 m All to allow light through to garden and house

T1- Reduce uneven crown of Oak by 4-6m. Remove major deadwood (>50mm). Significantly unbalanced crown due to removal of adjacent infected tree and a suitable reduction will correct this and improve health, stability and aesthetics. T2/3 - Reduce neighbours Beech on boundary line (x2) by 2-3m and remove major deadwood and squirrel damaged limbs. Both trees have large codominant stems with included union and a reduction would reduce weight of the crown and wind sail effect. Significant squirrel damage in upper crown T4 - Reduce overlong lateral limbs of Oak over garden building and remove major deadwood T5 - Fell Ash in decline to ground level. Evidence of dieback and majority of tree with deadwood T6 - Reduce Oak by 3-5m to balance crown overhanging neighbours house and remove major deadwood. Large Southern limb over house to reduce lateral weight and reduction to overall crown to bring in line as required T7 - Oak - Remove major deadwood and damaged limbs. Shorten overlong limbs by upto 2m T8 - Oak - Remove major deadwood and damaged limbs. Shorten overlong limbs by upto 2m G1 - Remove damaged limbs from group of small Oak/Cherry and crownclean

I request the removal of a very large tree which is now damaging my drive with large cracks now approaching my house and and as it's so close to my house am worried with the damage the roofs will cause We have had previous crown reductions and deem this tree inappropriate as it's so close to our house and the size when it's substantially taller than the house and now causing damage to the drive and potentially structural damage to the house . I have previously asked for a consultation with the council to replant a more appropriate tree but never received a response .The tree causes excessive shading The tree is 6metres from the front of the house and a document I have read states that a minimum of 15 meters for a beech free is recommended

Pine (T1) - reduce by 10 metres to reduce risk to adjacent highway - possibly remove since poor specimen Fir (T2) - reduce by 10 metres to improve sunlight to house and reduce risk to house Oak (T3 & T4) - reduce by 10 metres (2 stems from single trunk - both stems) to improve sunlight to house, other trees, bushes and garden.

Front Garden: T1-T2-T3-Cypress Trees- To remove all 3 trees due to been oversized which is causing excessive shading to the property and severe root damage to the drive way and front of property. we fear possible future risk of subsidence. We wish to remove all 3 trees and replant with smaller species of trees. Rear Garden- T4-Cypress Tree- To remove, due to been 1 of 3 large trees in close proximity to each other which is causing excessive shading to the house and garden.
