Inevitable this tree will need to be felled given at risk to falling on the road. Request for tree to be felled. T26 - Hawthorn - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T27 - Laurel - young tree to be felled, no support and shrouded out by neighbouring large conifers T28 - Silver Birch - leaning silver birch tree, limited room or light to grow given surrounding large conifers, Very close to house. Request to be felled. T30 - Conifer - Partial cut back on NE facing side and on top by previous owners rather atrociously. In a corner 2 other large conifer trees. Request to fell this tree in order to open up space more and provide more light to the property as very close.

Oak tree identified as T1 in attached plan -- crown thinning 25% and height reduction of up to 2.5 - 3 meters. Yew trees identified as G1 in attached plan, totalling 10 yew trees. Crown height reduction of up to 2.5 - 3 meters. Yew trees identified as G1 in attached plan, totalling 10 yew trees, shaping and pruning of up to 2 meters for maintenance and to clear branch overhanging into neighbours properties. We have owned the house for 16+ years and have never done a crown height reduction on the Oak tree nor done any pruning, shaping or crown lowering on any of the Yew trees. It is long overdue. The work will be done sympathetically and without endangering the health and wellbeing of the trees.

Crown reduction at sides only - Cutting back branches off Leylanddi trees at the side of the house, on right hand boundary next to house. Many branches are overgrown and overhanging on top of the roof of the house and gutters of 3 Heathside road. To avoid any damage to the property it is essential to cut back branches by 1.5 metres across 5 trees T1 - T5 and 0.5 metres for 7 trees from T7-T12

The tree on which works is to be done is identified by T1 in a blue circle in the attached document (Tree Identification) and also by a circle in the Sketch Plan The tree needs to be pruned as it's very tall and slender and hence the top and some side branches sway in windy conditions posing danger to the fences and also to persons in my garden and to pedestrians on the adjoining verge. The tree should be pruned as follows: 1. The tree is bent on the top and could sway and shear in windy conditions. This could damage the fences on my property and also on neighboring properties. 2. The branch to the left drooped very much and could fall posing danger to the nearby fences and also to persons in my garden 3. The small Branch on the right is drooping and if it falls, can cause damage to the pedestrians on the verge along A404 adjoining my house These 3 pruning points on the tree are identified in the attached Tree Photograph

The crown is getting very heavy and we've had the odd large branch come down We'd like to thin the crown by approximately 30% on the advice of tree surgeon (name given below) . T1 - Beech - Removal Tree has large fruiting body at the base (meripilus giganteus). Root decay is most likely and has been inspected by a tree risk inspector who's report will be attached. He has listed the tree as a high risk tree. Tree is also in close proximity to owners house and garden features.
