T1 - Remove - mature Ash tree, crown declining, major decay/cavity in base of tree approx 80% dia of buttress region decayed/hollow. tree within failing distance of properties T2 Sycamore -Reduce crown by up to 3m - Tree recently shed large limb into garden, many major limbs including the one which failed have topside historic squirrel damage. T3 Ash - Reduce right hand portion of crown by 3-4 meters spread and height in order to reduce lever arm forces on overextended limbs - tree has very asymmetric crown dominant toward the right hand neighboring property.

Tree number - T1 & T2 Tree type - Sycamore (Acer psuedoplatanus) Remove x 2 large lowest branches overhang clients garden X 1 on each tree. Remove x 4 next lowest branches overhanging clients garden x 2 on each tree. Shorten the next x 2 lowest branches on T1 only which overhangs the clients back to the first suitable growth point out from main stem. Remove the broken hanging branches in trees (approximately x 3) Reason - Branches overhang client shed which they are replacing and they want to remove any potential hazards the may drop onto new shed as there is history of branches failing on these trees in the past

T1 - Sweet chestnut - TPO 290 Large over-extended limb growing to the north - reduce lateral extent by 4m and smaller limb to the northeast by 2m Split limb growing to the north - prune off back to point of origin and reduce branch below by 4m Prune back over-extended limb over garden to the left (when faced) by 4m Prune back over-extended to the south over adjacent garden Prune back over-extended limb to the southeast by reducing both forks by 2.5-3m Crown clean to include removing dead wood > 300mm in length and 20mm in diameter and any obviously compromised branches The tree has recently shed two large branches, several others are over extended and will fail. There is a risk to property and persons.

Remove major deadwood over 25mm diameter and any hanging or broken branches. Lift crown over neighbours shed to rear to give 1.5m clearance from shed roof. Reason - As part of regular maintenance, to allow more light to adjacent gardens, reduce debris and reduce potential for failure on longer end weighted limbs. Cut all logs into 12inch lengths and leave at base of tree. Reason - As per client's wishes Tree number - T5 Tree type - Oak (Quercus robur) Approx Height - 16m Location - See map Service - Crown Reduction Work required- Crown reduce by removing 3-4m from height and remove major deadwood of more than 40mm in diameter. Reason - To remove large dead branches and reduce leverage on defective trunk (large wound with some decay at base of trunk).

T2 - Dead Cherry - dismantle and remove, leaving stump at fence height T3 - Yew - low canopy encroaching on seating area and play area remove lowest 0.5 - 1 m of branches and reduce remaining low canopy to allow more light and space, reduce by 0.5 - 1 metres T4 - Ash - low canopy encroaching on play area, remove lowest two branches to allow more light and space T5 - Line of several Yew - low canopy encroaching on play area and sitting on play equipment roof remove lower branches and reduce remaining canopy back in line with old log edge T6 - Ash - reduce large forward limb by 1.5 to 2 m and canopy over sand pit area by 1-1.5 m to allow more light and space in area T7 - Magnolia - large spreading canopy encroaching on seating area and play area, reduce canopy by thinning out larger branches, to leave a smaller, more open, but still natural looking canopy - thin by 25%, aiming for 1-2 m overall reduction T8 - Cherry - remove deadwood over 50mm diamter T9 - Three stem Pear - remove lower limbs sitting on fence / neighbours sheds T10 - Ash - Remove two large limbs growing over neighbours garden / sheds and remove several significant dead limbs T11 - Ash - low canopy encroaching on play area remove 5 lower branches over play area T12 - Conifer - smaller co dominant stem is dead - remove The Landlord is carrying out works for safety reasons (appreciate the dead wood / dead tree removal does not require the full notice), and to open up the garden area to allow for social distancing. Planning to be able to open on 4th July and would be keen to get the works done asap.
