Re-thatching of roof

Replacement of existing windows with new double glazed system, with black frames and cills. Exterior insulation, rendering to exterior surfaces, replacement coping and repairs to roof. Installation of ground floor cupboard with boiler, removal of ground floor door, new driveway, replacement roof access door and retrospective removal and replacement of bathroom at first floor.

To remove the damaged lead flashing from the south chapel roof & replace with like for like. To remove the damaged flashing from the the south aisle and replace like for like. To remove and replace the broken roof tiles from the south elevation of the chancel roof. Posible repair or replace (Like for like) the rainwater goods.
